RETURN AND STORE CREDIT POLICY
Effective Date: February 25, 2026
At LOA, each piece is carefully handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry and for hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. However, store credit may be issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
DAMAGED OR DETECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours at: [lolabeautystudio@!cloud.com]
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
If the issue is determined to be a verified manufacturing defect, we will offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- Store credit
Normal Wear and tear, improper care, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, sweat or physical impact are not considered defects.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable
- Worn jewelry
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale items
- Gift cards
we reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
ORDER ISSUES
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Our jewelry is dedicated and should be handled with care. LOA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or excessive force.
